We’re excited to announce a significant change to our award-winning Monitoring Center, which will launch on November 5th, 2024. This will introduce EPS alarm system customers to several new tools and features to enhance account management and their security experience.
What’s New?
Our new platform will offer EPS Security alarm customers access to enhanced features:
- Self-Service App/Portal (‘SeeMyAlarm’): Easily access your account to review alarm history, manage contact lists, and put your alarm system in “Test” mode.
- Mobile Messaging: Stay connected with real-time notifications for certain alarm events. You’ll also have the option to cancel false alarms or request help via text. (Available soon!)
- Virtual Voice Agent: Our enhanced system will now provide faster responses to your alarm activity, available 24/7. (Available soon!)
- Video Monitoring: Adding an extra layer of security with interactive video monitoring. (Coming in future updates!)

- Register for ‘SeeMyAlarm’: To secure your account access, please contact EPS Security’s Monitoring Center directly at Records@EpsSecurity.com for verification. ‘SeeMyAlarm’ is provided to EPS Customers at no additional cost.
- Review Your Account Details: Update your account information, contacts, and alarm call lists for accuracy to ensure you’re receiving the latest updates and alerts.
- Run a System Test: We recommend all customers perform a system test. Contact our 24/7 Monitoring Center if you need assistance.
